The Department of Trade and Industry confers the Philippine Quality Challenge (PQC) Seal of Improvement to the four companies who successfully implemented continual improvement in their respective organization. PQC aims to provide support to small and medium enterprises (SMES) in starting off their journey towards business performance excellence. In the photo (L-R): Engr.
